Communal Work
Communal Work -- Ramot
The community center in the neighborhood fully cooperates with residents in conceiving, executing and bearing responsibility for the community.
Working with us helps developing a sense of identity and belonging while emphasizing the power of organizing and strengthening the community.
The work aims to:
● Establish social networks in the neighborhood
● Develop community leadership
● Create local organizations in various forums in the fields of education, welfare, culture and immigration.
● Increasing locals' involvement in shaping and planning neighborhood policy and adapting plans to the neighborhood and its needs.
● Creating connections and collaborations with various institutions, associations and organizations operating in the neighborhood.
Together with the residents, we create neighborhood leadership centers, based on local knowledge and setting a relevant agenda vis-a-vis decision-makers.
This strengthens the community as an active partner in shaping the neighborhood and city.

Ramot Mediation Center
We are proud to announce the opening of a mediation center to help residents in conflict resolution.
The purpose of the mediation process is to help parties resolve their conflict peacefully and reach an agreement in a relaxed and stress-free manner. This is done with the help of a mediator, who is a neutral person and an expert in conflict resolution. An agreement reached in mediation can be recognized in court and can receive force of a binding judgment.
The service is provided free of charge and is performed voluntarily by local certified mediators.
